Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- During product launches, promotions, or holiday seasons, processing times may take slightly longer.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 3–7 Business Days
- Canada: 5–10 Business Days
- International: 7–21 Business Days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, customs processing, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, package size, and selected shipping method.
Any free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website when available.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become active.
Packaging
At Zintro, we understand the importance of protecting collectible cards.
All products are carefully packaged using protective materials to help ensure they arrive in excellent condition. Sealed products, booster boxes, and premium collectibles receive additional protective packaging whenever necessary.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional fees charged by their country's customs authorities.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.
Zintro is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and provide assistance.
Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos of the package and product.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will review the claim and work toward an appropriate resolution.
