Thank you for choosing Zintro. This Pre-Order Policy explains how pre-orders are handled for collectible trading cards and related products.
What Is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order allows you to reserve an item before it is officially released or becomes available for shipment. Purchasing a pre-order helps ensure you receive the product once stock arrives.
Payment
Full payment is required at the time your pre-order is placed. Your order will be processed and reserved once payment has been successfully received.
Release Dates
Release dates are provided by manufacturers or distributors and are subject to change without notice.
If a release date changes, we will ship your order as soon as the product becomes available.
Shipping
Pre-order items will ship after they arrive at our warehouse and have been processed.
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your order may be held until all items are available and shipped together unless otherwise stated.
Delays
Occasionally, manufacturers or distributors may delay product releases due to production or supply chain issues.
Zintro is not responsible for delays that are beyond our control, but we will keep customers informed whenever possible.
Cancellations
Pre-orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting our customer support team.
Once a pre-order has been processed for shipment, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to our standard Return & Refund Policy.
Product Allocation
Although we work closely with our suppliers, product allocations may occasionally be reduced.
If we are unable to fulfill your pre-order due to limited allocation or unavailable inventory, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Pricing
The price paid at the time of purchase is the final purchase price. Future price changes, discounts, or promotions will not apply to existing pre-orders.
